Group Accident
Employees may elect group accident coverage through Unum. Two plan options are available, both providing coverage both on and off the job. When a claim occurs, cash benefits are paid directly to you!
Types of benefits payable under accident policy
$150 – $200 for initial treatment in an emergency room after a covered accident
$75 – $100 for initial treatment in an urgent care or physician setting after a covered accident
$1,000 – $1,500 for the first 24 hours in a hospital due to a covered accident, and $200 – $300 per day thereafter
Specific Injury benefits between $25 – $10,000 for fractures, dislocations, burns, cuts, paralysis, surgery, and more!
Benefits for follow-up visits, physical therapy, ambulance transportation, medical mobility devices, and more!
$25,000 – $50,000 in Accidental Death benefits
